The fitness center features a sauna, aerobics, free weights, fixed weight machines, treadmills, stair master, Schwinn® Airdyne® exercise bikes, elliptical machines, elliptical/step bike, and Smith machine. Personalized fitness consultations are also available.

Children 13 years and under must be accompanied by a parent.
Personalized Fitness Program available by appointment for a fee of $20 per hour.
Fees are non-refundable and are non-transferable.
Classes & Programs
Low-Impact – a 60 min. class with 25-35 min. of low impact moves with stretching and abdominal workout.
Tae-Box – a 60 min. class combining Tae Kwon Do and boxing moves for a great strength and cardiovascular workout.
Pilates – a 45 min class combining weights, step, ball, and Pilates.
Strength/Toning – a 30 min. class combining exercises with ball, band, weights, and more.
Senior Cardio Circuit – a 45-minute class for seniors with the same concepts as the muscular strength but designed for those that “want more” out of their workout.
Senior Stretch & Strength– a 45-minute class to move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility and balance.
Senior Musclar Strength – a slower pace workout to improve musclar strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills. It involves sitting in a chair using bands, hand weights, and a ball for resistance. For seniors of any age or ability.
