Stepping On® Falls Prevention Workshop

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until November 13, 2019

Middle age couple walkingStepping On® is a 7-week program that meets two hours a week. It has been researched and proven to reduce falls. Physical Therapists Amanda Volesky and Brianna Gustafson teach ways to help prevent you from falling. A snack is provided each week.

This workshop is designed for anyone who:

  • Is 65 and older
  • Has had a fall in the past year
  • Is fearful of falling
  • Lives at home
  • Does not have dementia

The fee for the entire series is $10 per person. Space is limited, pre-registration is required. You will be asked a few questions to make sure this class is right for you. To reserve your spot, call the Therapy Services Department at 320.334.5801 by Monday, September 23.
