SUMMARY:Stepping On® Falls Prevention Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Stepping On® is a 7-week program that meets two hours a week. It has been researched and proven to reduce falls. Physical Therapists Amanda Volesky and Brianna Gustafson teach ways to help prevent you from falling. A snack is provided each week. \nThis workshop is designed for anyone who:\n\nIs 65 and older\nHas had a fall in the past year\nIs fearful of falling\nLives at home\nDoes not have dementia\n\nThe fee for the entire series is $10 per person. Space is limited\, pre-registration is required. You will be asked a few questions to make sure this class is right for you. To reserve your spot\, call the Therapy Services Department at 320.334.5801 by Monday\, September 23.
