DESCRIPTION:Due to impending winter weather\, the drive-thru flu shot clinic in Starbuck is POSTPONED. This will be rescheduled for a future date!\n  \nWe’ll see you at City Park on S. Main St. Look for the signs – Flu Shot Entrance and Flu Shot Exit – to keep traffic flowing in one direction.\nAll of our influenza vaccines are preservative-free and quadrivalent (helps protect against 4 flu strains). High dose (for those age 65 and older) and FluMist is available (quantities limited on the FluMist).\nIf raining\, it will take place with a drive-through type canopy in the same location.\nFor a smooth process\, please: \n\nBring insurance information. Insurance will be billed.\nWear a mask.\nWear a short-sleeve shirt.\nStay in your vehicle unless the nurse asks.\nYou may complete the form ahead of time (link to print below)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou can even print and fill out the form to bring along!
