DESCRIPTION:Dementia requires a different way of planning\, thinking\, and feeling. This session is the first step in navigating the dementia journey. Krisie Barron\, LSW\, will answer the questions you don’t know how to ask. The session is for those who are newly diagnosed\, for caregivers at any stage in the journey\, and health professionals who want more information about guiding people to their next steps. \n\nUnderstand what’s happening in the dementia brain.\nLearn new normals and expectations.\nPut tools in your Caregiver Tool Box.\n\nThe session is offered in the evening at the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and Welcome Center meeting room\, just north of Subway on First Street NW.
