SUMMARY:Technique and Training Summer Club
DESCRIPTION:Use Summer Vacation Wisely\nPersonal trainers\, Nathan Pitzen and Tanner Nestor\, will help you train and be ready for the school sport season. If you aren’t in school sports\, that’s no problem! We welcome any individual who wants to learn more about exercise\, lifting weights\, and being more active in your high school years. All are welcome to join the Technique & Training Summer Club. \nDownload a registration form and drop it off at the Wellness Center with your payment by July 3. Classes begin Tuesday\, July 9. \nSessions are one hour and are divided by junior high and senior high groups. Students may arrive 15 minutes before class to work independently on cardio and dynamic stretching exercises. A portion of the training will be outdoors\, weather permitting.
