If you aren’t in school sports\, that’s no problem! We welcome any individual who wants to learn more about exercise\, weightlifting\, and being more active during their high school years. Join the Technique & Training Summer Club to enhance their range of motion\, flexibility\, core strength\, posture\, balance\, and footwork. These are the foundations to avoid injury and enhance overall sport performance. \nSession A: Students going into 9th-12th is 7-8a\nSession B: Students going into 7th-8th grade is 8-9a \nStudents may arrive 15 minutes before class to work independently on cardio and dynamic stretching exercises.
