Infection Control Nurse JeanetteGlacial Ridge Health System congratulates Jeanette Pasche, RN-BC, for earning the Certified in Infection Control (CIC®) credential. Jeanette has demonstrated a mastery of infection prevention and control knowledge, joining approximately 5,000 CIC® practitioners worldwide. Certification is maintained through successful completion of a recertification examination every five years.

The purpose of the certification process is to protect the public by providing a standardized measurement of current basic knowledge needed for persons practicing infection control; encouraging individual growth and study, thereby promoting professionalism among infection prevention and control professionals; and formally recognizing infection prevention and control professionals who fulfill the requirements for certification.

Jeanette has been an RN at Glacial Ridge Health System for twenty-six years. She is currently the organization’s Infection Preventionist and Oncology Coordinator. In addition to her newest credential, Board Certified in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC®), Jeanette has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is board-certified in Medical-Surgical, Oncology, and Emergency Nursing.
