DESCRIPTION:All of us have likely experienced low back pain at some point. Acute and chronic back pain can be very painful\, affect daily function\, and create feelings of stress\, anxiety and fear. We want to find a solution to our pain and get back to our normal daily functions! \nHands-on manual therapy techniques can help improve motion and decrease our tissue sensitivity\, which can decrease our lower back and nerve pain. Knowledge is also a key player in recovery! \n\nWhat is low back pain and nerve pain (commonly referred to as sciatica)?\nWhat can cause it? Why do I hurt?\nWhat happens during the physical therapy evaluation and follow-up sessions?\n\nThis seminar is FREE and open to the public.
