Join us for an informative session on advance directives, an important part of planning for your health and future care. Together we’ll walk through the different parts of an advance directive, how to start the conversation with your loved ones, and steps for completing the paperwork. This class is designed to empower seniors with knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their care.
This free, welcoming session is designed for adults and their caregivers.

The session will be held in the meeting room at Ridgewood Villa, just north of Glacial Ridge Health System. Please use the Villa’s main entrance off Franklin Avenue in Glenwood.
