Complete Care for Adults
At Glacial Ridge Health System, our focus is on keeping you healthy so you can enjoy things you like to do. As we age, the risk of chronic disease increases. Internal medicine clinicians specialize in comprehensive healthcare for adults, helping patients manage health concerns early and over time at Glenwood Medical Center.
Our highly respected Certified Physician Assistant, Quinn Jacobs, assesses and treats patients with acute medical conditions. She provides expert diagnosis and ongoing management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, peripheral artery disease, congestive heart failure, and heart disease. Quinn works closely with physicians who provide specialized cardiac services—including pacemaker care and cardiac stress testing—to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care when advanced testing or procedures are needed.
