Hospital visitor policy update effective December 30, 2021.
GRHS is returning to more limited visitation restrictions for patient, staff, and visitor safety. All hospitalized patients may only have ONE healthy visitor/family member per day between the hours of 1:30-6:30 pm. This can be a different person each day. Our staff greatly appreciate your understanding. Visitor restrictions are subject to change.
Glacial Ridge is screening all employees, patients, and visitors in addition to requiring masks as another layer of protection against COVID-19. Vaccines are available.
See Visitor Hours.
Please contact the patient or their family to see if the patient has already had a visitor(s) currently allowed per day.
All mail, flowers, and gifts addressed to a patient will be brought to their room by hospital staff.
The hospital mailing address for patients is:
Patient Name, Glacial Ridge Hospital, 10 Fourth Ave SE, Glenwood, MN 56334
Any items received for patients after their discharge will be forwarded to their address. Any letters to be mailed out may be given to a member of the nursing staff who will see that they are mailed from the Business Office.
Due to the allergies of some individuals, ONLY latex-free balloons are allowed in the facility. We are virtually latex-free and use latex-free products as much as possible.
