Healthy Aging: A Wellness Education Series – June 2026

June 18 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Finding Purpose at Every Stage of Life

Goals aren’t just for younger people or major life changes. At every age, having something to look forward to can improve motivation, confidence, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.

Join us for an engaging discussion on how setting realistic and meaningful goals can help seniors maintain purpose, independence, and joy. We’ll explore how goals can support physical health, social connections, hobbies, personal growth, and everyday fulfillment – even during seasons of change or loss.

Whether your goal is to walk a little farther, reconnect with friends, learn something new, or simply find more enjoyment in each day, this presentation will provide practical tools and encouragement to help you take the next step.

Topics Include:

  • Why goals matter for emotional and physical health
  • The connection between purpose and well-being
  • Creating realistic and achievable goals
  • Overcoming setbacks and staying motivated
  • Finding meaning in every season of life
