Healthy Aging: A Wellness Education Series – November 2025

November 13 @ 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Free

Understanding Grief

Grief touches everyone at some point in life, whether through the loss of a loved one, a change in health, or other major life transitions. This session will provide practical information about what grief is, the different ways it may appear, and how it can affect seniors as well as their families and caregivers.

This free, welcoming session is designed for older adults and their caregivers.

Join us for a conversation on:

  • Common myths about grief
  • How to recognize when additional support may be needed
  • Resources available in our community

We look forward to seeing you there!
