As an occupational therapist, Molly’s favorite parts of her career are the people she gets to serve and the relationships she develops with her clients. She learns what is most important to them and uses a collaborative approach to improve their functional independence.
Molly grew up in Carlos, MN, and received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. During her 3-month clinical rotation in Occupational Therapy at GRHS, she was beyond impressed with the teamwork and how therapists made sessions meaningful and enjoyable for patients. Molly joined Glacial Ridge Health System in 2020, and has a special interest in upper extremity orthopedics (shoulder pain, post-operative shoulder care, and elbow injuries).
Outside of work, Molly enjoys kayaking, fishing, being with her husband on the farm, and spending time with family.
