As a physical therapist, Amanda enjoys watching children grow and meet their milestones! She values getting to know families and being part of their care team. Amanda grew up in Alexandria, MN. She attended the University of Minnesota Morris receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Jamestown. Amanda joined the Glacial Ridge Health System team in 2017.
She has a particular interest in pediatric and neurological diagnoses with additional training in NDT (neurodevelopmental treatment) and TMR Tots (total motion release). At GRHS, Amanda appreciates the work environment and interdisciplinary team she gets to work with, in addition to the variety of skill sets they get to use.
