Community Health Needs Assessment

Every three years, Glacial Ridge Health System conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to identify the most pressing health needs in the communities we serve. The assessment gathers input from community members, public health partners, and local data to understand needs such as access to care, chronic disease, and mental health. Based on what we learn, we develop an implementation strategy outlining the steps we’ll take to meet those needs.
