Fill Your Cup: Women’s Empowerment & Workout Event

You cannot pour into others if your own cup is empty so take a Saturday morning for yourself. “Fill Your Cup” with a morning of uplifting talks and workouts designed for women ages 20 – 50. Grab your friends and come ready to exercise in your favorite workout attire. (And it’s FREE.)
Your morning will include:
- Women’s Health seminar by Dr. Rwanda Campbell, OB/Gyn
- Create Happiness seminar by Charity Vold
- Workout breakout session – Piyo/Xabeat
- Free Gift / Refreshments
- Make a DIY Foot Scrub
