In two evening sessions, our nursing staff teach and discuss the stages of labor; comfort measures for labor, nutrition, and exercise; and baby care, including feeding, bathing, and safety. The course also includes parenting information provided by Pope County's Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE), and Infant CPR instruction by Glacial Ridge Emergency Services & Training.
