Katelyn Krueger, PA-C

At Glacial Ridge, we’re pleased to offer full-time dermatology care from Katelyn Krueger, PA-C. She is an experienced physician assistant (PA) who completed a Diplomate Fellowship with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Katelyn has earned a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Dermatology (CAQ-Derm) through the NCCPA, demonstrating her advanced knowledge and specialized training in dermatologic care. She began caring for patients at Glacial Ridge Health System in August 2024.

Katelyn cares for patients of all ages at three of our medical centers located in Glenwood, Brooten, and Starbuck. She also welcomes new patients from New London, Olivia, Spicer, Paynesville, and Willmar.

Dermatology Services and Treatments

Katelyn has extensive training with dermoscopy, biopsies, surgical excisions, cryotherapy, electrodesiccations, chemical peels, medication, botox injections, wound care, suturing, and assisting with Mohs surgery, the removal of skin lesions to treat certain types of cancer. She provides a full range of general dermatology services, including diagnosis and treatment for conditions of the hair, skin, and nails, such as:

  • Acne, rosacea, perioral dermatitis (POD)
  • Rashes, including eczema, psoriasis, and many more
  • Hives
  • Hair loss or excessive hair growth
  • Excessive sweating
  • Infectious skin conditions
  • Autoimmune-related skin conditions
  • Melasma
  • Removal of benign skin lesions (areas of skin that look different from the surrounding skin) such as moles, skin tags, cherry angiomas, brown spots, seborrheic keratoses, cysts, sebaceous hyperplasia, lipomas and more
  • Skin cancer – screening, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancer (with referral to a dermatologist for cases requiring Mohs surgery)
  • Lower extremity wound care
  • Fingernail and toenail concerns, including infections, fungus, and psoriasis
  • Skincare routines

Botox Treatments

  • Cosmetic Botox and cosmetic consultations (self-pay). (She also provides cosmetic chemical peels.)
  • Botox hyperhidrosis (medically covered by some insurance)
  • Masseter Botox for TMJ dysfunction (medically covered by some insurance)

Emergency and Same Day Care

  • Same-day appointments for lacerations requiring sutures
  • ER/Walk-In Clinic consults with other providers for cosmetically sensitive lacerations
