As you know, Glacial Ridge Health System transitioned to a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system four months ago, requiring patients to get a new patient portal. As stated in the December announcement, the previous patient portal, MyCareCorner, is no longer supported, so we had to change to a new system.

Access to MyCareCorner Ends April 30, 2024

If you have a MyCareCorner patient portal, you (or your proxy with access) can review and download any information you want. However, it will no longer be accessible after April 30, 2024.

New MEDITECH Patient Portal Off to a Great Start

Patients find MEDITECH’s Patient Portal has greater convenience and accessibility to their healthcare information. All patient visit information as of December 1, 2023, is only visible in the new patient portal. The patient portal offers a range of advanced features and functionalities designed to streamline communication, access to medical records, appointment scheduling (very convenient!), prescription management, and more.

If you have not, now is a great time to enroll in our new Patient Portal. It is simple and only takes a few minutes. To begin, visit https://glacialridge.org/patient-portal/ and click the first button, “Request a New Patient Portal.” Within two business days, you will receive an email with further instructions.
