Healthy Aging: A Wellness Education Series – August 2025
Join Us for Our Next Topic: OTC Medication Safety
The third Healthy Aging session is on August 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in Glenwood.
This free, friendly session is designed for older adults and their caregivers. We’ll cover:
- What medications are you using without realizing the risks?
- Common warning signs and side effects to watch out for
- How to check if a medicine is safe with your current prescriptions
- When to talk with a doctor or pharmacist
You’ll also learn how medication safety ties into mental health, independence, and emotional well-being as we age. This is a great chance to get questions answered and leave with helpful tools.
Whether you take a daily OTC pain reliever, sleep aid, heartburn medication—or just want to stay informed—we welcome you to attend.
Let’s stay informed, stay safe, and keep aging with health and peace of mind.
We look forward to seeing you there!
