New Patient Portal Replaces Existing GRHS Portal on September 14

ATTENTION PATIENT PORTAL USERS:

To maintain access to your Glacial Ridge health record (including test results) through the patient portal, you need to set up a new account powered by MyCareCornerTM beginning the week of September 14. This requires just a few minutes and it will automatically transfer information from your existing patient portal.

On September 28, 2020, all remaining accounts in InteliChart® will be removed.

Patients can still access their health information from visits prior to September 14, 2020 through InteliChart® for two weeks. No new information will be added to the InteliChart patient portal as of September 14.

Why is this necessary?

The existing patient portal through InteliChart® will no longer be supported by our electronic health records company, so switching to a different company is needed. Plus, the new system will soon provide more opportunities for communication and patient information.

How do you create a new account to transfer your existing patient portal account?

The week of September 14-18, patients who have an existing patient portal through Intelichart™ will receive an email that includes a secure link to launch their new patient portal through MyCareCorner™.  The email will come from [email protected]. Do not delete the email(s)! If your family has multiple accounts, you will receive multiple emails. After clicking on the link within each email, you will be taken to the MyCareCorner™ website to create and activate your new account. Your health information will automatically transfer to your new account.

Please note that any information you have entered in your patient portal is not visible to your physician and will not transfer. You can save or download your information and add it to your new patient portal.

If you have any questions after you receive your email, detailed instructions will be available on the GRHS patient portal webpage on September 14. Go to glacialridge.org and click on Patient Portal in the upper left-hand corner.

How do you create a new account if you don’t have a patient portal at GRHS yet?

If you do not have a current patient portal account, ask your nurse or one of the receptionists to get you signed up for MyCareCorner™at your next clinic visit, or you will be able to sign-up on the patient portal webpage as of September 14.
